Tai Chi & Qigong
When we perform Qigong exercises in group, we create specific "group energy" that is stronger and more beneficial than any individual energy. Everyone in the group (or someone even sitting near the group and just observing) can benefit form this healing energy.
It is really great joy exercising in group, making friendships, connecting and opening heart to people around you, being free, feeling accepted and loved for who you are.
If meditation is something that you do often and you find peace sitting alone and enjoying your time in silence , you will love to occasionally participate group meditation sessions.
When people are meditating together for one same purpose, that meditation is much more powerful and more efficient.
Sometimes group will meditate for each one of participants.
