Meditation is natural process, something that we are born with . It represent redirecting of attention from outwards(surrounding) to inwards (our true being) .
Almost every person has at once if not many times wandered about themselves: Who am I? Where do I come from? What is the source of all? What is this body? Who is the one who is thinking? In most people the urge for self-realization begins to manifest between 32 and 42 years of age. One can recognize it trough an array of questions that begin to occupy one’s thoughts, such are: Who am I? What am I doing here? What is the purpose of life?
The goal of human life is ultimately to be one with Reality, that is – to be the Reality itself, which in itself is a goal without a goal. The idea that there is no goal means that everything is already here “in us”. That is why no one other than ourselves can bring us to it.
Various meditation methods, prayers, science, philosophy, religion and so on, cannot solve the question of the meaning of life, although they can help. That ability is only given to an individual.
In order to find the truth the only possible way is to experience it for oneself.
Meditation is tried and tested method that enables us to awaken and understand our purpose and reach the Source of physical body and mind, all the way to Consciousness and ultimately even very Source of Consciousness itself. The Source of life.
